Music plays a central role in our worship life at First United Methodist Church of Brownsville. Whether it’s a familiar hymn, a seasonal cantata, or the weekly leadership of our choir, music helps us connect with God and one another in powerful ways.
Chancel Choir
Our Chancel Choir leads music in worship each Sunday and is open to all who love to sing—no audition required!
Rehearsals:
- Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
- Sundays at 10:30 AM (before worship)
Location: Choir Room
The choir also prepares special music throughout the year, including Lenten and Advent Cantatas, often performed with live orchestral accompaniment.
Chancel Bell Ringers
Our bell choir has been a meaningful part of our music ministry and has performed during holidays and special services.
